    Founder, concept, €13k founder capital

    Solo founder, full-time, pre-founding. Concept, use cases and this website.

  2. Phase 1

    Customer discovery + simulation

    Interviews with Pflegeheime and robot manufacturers; first digital twin of a Pflegezimmer.

  3. Phase 2

    First Pflege scenario

    “Resident requests water” defined with care professionals and running in simulation.

    Robot manufacturer partnership

    First platform partner; training and testing on a real robot.

    Cologne prototype lab

    Pflegezimmer mock-up, grasping and navigation test areas.

    Pflege pilot

    Supervised pilot in a partner care home, co-designed with staff and residents.
